CMS (Content Management System) manages the content of a Web site. It consists of two elements: the content management application (CMA) and the content delivery application (CDA). The CMA element allows the content manager or author, who may not be technical, to manage the creation, modification, and removal of content from a Web site with using a simple web browser. The CDA element marries the design templates and the content to create the final web page content.
